- Residential use & home businesses: Lots must be used for residential purposes only. Home businesses are allowed only if they are not detectable from outside the home, comply with zoning, and generate no customer traffic or solicitation.
- Pets: Only a reasonable number of common household pets (as determined by the Board) are allowed. They must be kept as domestic pets only, not for commercial purposes, and must not be a nuisance to neighbors.
- Leasing & rentals: Leases must be for the entire lot (no partial rentals) and for a minimum term of 30 days. The lot owner is responsible for tenant compliance with all rules.
- Vehicles & parking: Only private passenger vehicles and pickup trucks up to 1 ton, 84 inches height/width, and 228 inches length are allowed.
