The Village Four Condominium is a condominium community in Mesa, AZ — you own your individual unit and share ownership of the building's common elements, which the association maintains and insures. Age restriction: no person under 18 may reside in a unit. Leases must be at least 30 days.
- Age restriction: No person younger than 18 years of age may reside in a unit. A person is considered a resident if physically present more than 30 consecutive days or more than 60 days in any 12-month period.
- Leasing & rentals: No lease for a term of less than 30 days. All leases must be in writing and must state that the lease is subject to the Declaration, Articles, and Bylaws.
- Pets: No more than two household pets weighing no more than 15 pounds each may be kept, and only with prior written permission from the Board of Directors. Pets must be leashed or carried on common elements; noise or nuisance may result in revocation of permission.
- What you own & maintain: You own the interior of your unit (walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and interior finishes). The association maintains the exterior of buildings, roofs, common elements, and limited common elements (e.g., patios, balconies, assigned parking). Owners must keep their unit and limited common elements in good repair.
