It is age-restricted: at least one occupant must be 55+ and no one under 18 may permanently reside. The rules cover lot use, construction, parking, pets, and rentals, with assessments and enforcement by the association.
- Age restriction (55+): At least one occupant of each lot must be 55 years or older. No person under 18 may permanently reside; visiting children under 18 are limited to two weeks without board permission and cannot use recreational facilities unless accompanied by the resident owner or tenant host.
