Green Valley Desert Hills III West is a single-family homeowners association (HOA) in a subdivision in Paradise Valley, AZ. You own your lot and house; the HOA governs common areas and enforces rules. This document is the full set of covenants and restrictions binding all owners and occupants.
- Age restriction (55+): At least one occupant must be 45 years of age or older, and no person under 18 may permanently reside in any dwelling.
- Leasing & rentals: You may rent your entire residence, but renting individual rooms is prohibited. No minimum lease term is specified.
