Desert Vista Trails is a planned community (HOA) in Phoenix, AZ. These Bylaws govern the Homeowners’ Association's internal operations and apply to all lot owners, tenants, and users. The full Declaration (CC&Rs) is referenced but not included here.
- Membership & voting: Every lot owner is a member with one vote per lot. Voting rights are suspended if assessments are unpaid. A quorum is one-tenth of members present or by proxy. Proxies expire after 11 months.
- Board of Directors: Five directors elected by members for staggered three-year terms. Directors must be owners. Removal requires two-thirds vote of members present. Vacancies are filled by remaining directors.
