This document is the declaration of covenants, conditions, restrictions, and easements for Kaufman and Broad at Arizona Westwood and Arizona Westview, a single-family home community in Phoenix, AZ. It establishes a homeowners' association (the 'I-17 and Dynamite Homeowners Association') and binds all owners and occupants to use restrictions, design controls, maintenance obligations, and assessment payments. The association has a lien on the lot for unpaid assessments, subordinate only to tax liens and first mortgages.
- Signs: No signs visible from neighboring property except: required legal signs, up to two address signs (max 72 sq. in. each), for-sale/for-lease signs up to 5 sq. ft., and Declarant's sales signs during development.
