Mountainview Ranch North is a single-family homeowners association in Phoenix, AZ. This is the Third Amendment to the Declaration, which restricts residential leasing to preserve community character. If you own a lot here, this amendment sets strict rules about renting out your home.
- Leasing cap & term: No more than 15% of all lots in the community may be leased at any given time. Any lease must be for exactly six months and only to a single family (individuals related by blood, marriage, or legal adoption). Leases that existed before this amendment was recorded can continue until they expire or the lot is sold to a family member.
