The community has strict architectural design, landscaping, and yard maintenance rules enforced by an architectural control committee.
- What you own & maintain: You own your individual lot and single-family home. The association owns and maintains the common areas (shared tracts).
- Architectural review & building standards: All structures require architectural committee approval before construction. Homes in Superstition Meadows must be at least 1,380 sq ft; Superstition Ranch homes at least 2,400 sq ft. Wood siding is prohibited on side walls (masonry block or stucco only); tile or shake roofs required; two-car enclosed garages mandatory; side-entry garages required in Superstition Ranch. Construction must be completed within 12 months of starting.
