Redfield Park is a condominium community in Scottsdale, AZ, where you own your individual unit and an undivided 1/68th interest in the common elements. The declaration sets rules for residential use, pets, leasing, parking, and alterations, all overseen by the Redfield Park Unit Owners Association.
- Occupancy & use: Units must be used exclusively as a single-family residence. No commercial activity is allowed unless it is home-based and not detectable from outside, with no retail, meetings, or client visits.

- Architectural review: Structural modifications require prior board approval, including an engineer's certification, indemnity, and written acknowledgment. Nonstructural alterations visible from outside also need approval. The board may charge a review fee.
- Signs & antennas: No signs, billboards, or antennas (including satellite dishes) are allowed on units or common elements, except for Declarant's sales signs, holiday decorations subject to reasonable restrictions, and signs required by legal proceedings.
- Window coverings & exterior: No aluminum foil, reflective materials, or awnings without board approval. Window drapes must be lined with white non-patterned material. No air conditioners or swamp coolers in windows. Patio umbrellas must be solid color with no advertising.
