Shadow Run Condos is a condominium community in Chandler, AZ — you own your individual unit and an undivided interest in the common elements, which the association manages. These rules apply to all unit owners, residents, and their guests.
- Leasing & rentals: Leases must be for the entire unit, for a term of at least 30 days. Tenants must comply with all governing documents, and owners must notify the association of tenant names and contact info.
- Pets: Up to 3 domestic pets allowed. No commercial breeding. Dogs and cats must be leashed (≤6 ft) when outside; owners must immediately clean up droppings.
- Pool & spa rules: Open 6am–10pm. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult 18+. No glass, smoking, or pets in pool area. Residents limited to 2 guests when crowded. Pool keys may not be duplicated; replacements cost $25.
- Parking & vehicles: No trucks ¾ ton or larger, RVs, boats, or trailers allowed. Pickup trucks ½ ton or less with camper shells under 7 ft are okay. Parking in unassigned spaces limited to 72 consecutive hours. Speed limit 15 mph.
