This is a condominium declaration for The Offices at Zahara at Las Sendas, a commercial office condominium in Phoenix, AZ. The document governs the use of office units and common elements, binding unit owners, lessees, and occupants. It is not a residential community.
- Use restriction: All units must be used exclusively for commercial and professional office purposes, conforming to zoning laws. No residential or any other use is allowed.
- Leasing & rentals: Leases must be in writing and subject to the declaration and rules. Owners must notify the association at least 10 days before lease commencement with tenant details and emergency contacts. Owners are liable for tenant violations.
