Desert Vista Place is a manufactured-home community in Scottsdale, AZ, governed by a homeowners association (HOA). These Rules and Regulations apply to all homeowners, residents, and guests, and are enforced by the management company. The HOA maintains common areas and can impose fines for violations.
- Lot & Home Maintenance: Homeowners must keep their lot, home, and all structures in good repair and neat appearance. No clutter, antennas, or items visible from street are allowed. Painting requires Architectural Committee approval unless repainting the same color.
