This is a restrictive covenant recorded on Lot 11 of the Los Gatos subdivision (and referenced additional lots) in Scottsdale, AZ. It is not the full community rules—it only adds a single restriction that runs with the land and binds all future owners. The covenant supplements the main CC&Rs for the Los Gatos project.
- Horses & livestock: No horses may be kept, boarded, bred, trained, or otherwise permitted on Lot 11. No barn, corral, stable, or other livestock enclosure may be built there. This restriction binds all future owners, tenants, and assigns.
- What this document doesn't cover: This covenant is a single-purpose addendum to the full CC&Rs for Los Gatos. It does not address pet limits, leasing restrictions, parking, architectural review, or any other typical HOA rules.
