• Club facilities & changes: Planned facilities include an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse with fitness, dining, spa, pool, and tennis. Club Owner can add, modify, or remove facilities at any time, and can create condos/timeshares on club property. No guarantee that current amenities will remain.
• Transfer & termination: When a lot is sold, the new owner automatically becomes Sub-Member; the seller's rights terminate. Club Owner can terminate all club memberships at any time, refunding initiation fees and prepaid dues to the association. An equity conversion option exists after build-out.
• Dispute resolution: All disputes must go through mandatory binding arbitration on an individual basis; class actions are prohibited. A notice-and-repair period and mediation are required before arbitration.
