- Pet behavior & owner responsibilities: No pet may disturb surrounding residents or become a nuisance. No pet structure may be visible from neighboring property. Owners must walk pets on a leash under human control at all times and immediately remove pet droppings. No pet may be left outside the interior of a unit while the unit is unoccupied.
- Fines and enforcement: Violations of this amendment result in a $50.00 fine per occurrence, or per week for unauthorized pets. Fines are secured by a lien against the property and are personal obligations of the unit owner, collectible like assessments, with attorneys' fees and costs.
