What 29ER Condominium Association's governing documents say
This is an amendment to the Declaration of Restrictions for 29ER Condominium Association (Sun City, AZ), modifying the board election process. It is not a complete rulebook — owners should refer to the full Declaration of Restrictions for comprehensive community rules.
- Board elections and term lengths: Members elect five board members at each annual meeting. In the initial February 2011 election, the three candidates receiving the most votes serve two-year terms; the other two serve one-year terms. In all subsequent elections, board members are elected for two-year terms to replace those whose terms expire.
- What this document doesn't cover: This amendment addresses only board election procedures (Section 9C). It does not cover fees, pet rules, leasing restrictions, common element maintenance, owner rights, or other community governance matters.
