This declaration governs the use, development, and maintenance of individual parcels owned by developers or end users. It establishes reciprocal easements, design guidelines, and use restrictions to ensure a consistent theme throughout the community.
- Permitted uses: Property may be used for any commercial or residential purpose permitted by applicable zoning, subject to specific prohibitions listed in Section 4.4.
