- Architectural review: The association or declarant has 60 days to approve or disapprove proposed improvements after receiving complete plans; if they fail to act, the plans are deemed disapproved. Incomplete or erroneous submissions are not considered received.
- Land use: Lots are restricted to single-family residential use only, with one detached single-family dwelling (max three stories), up to two private enclosed garages (one attached), a basement, and an outbuilding on a permanent foundation.
