This is a 2006 amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Willow Creek II, a single-family HOA subdivision in Wake County, NC. It updates the rule on fences, hedges, and walls, and it applies to all lot owners in the community.
- Fences, walls & hedges: Fences, hedges, or walls are only allowed if they were part of the original home construction or are later approved by the Architectural Control Committee. Metal fences are banned, except for a 2x4 wire mesh inside an approved wooden fence to contain pets.
- Architectural review: Any fence, hedge, or wall not built with the initial home must get approval from the Architectural Control Committee before installation.
