- Construction standards: Homes must be single-family, detached, no more than two stories, with at least 95% masonry exterior walls, a 10-to-12 roof pitch, and 25-year dimensional shingles. Side-entry garages are required unless waived in writing.
- Landscaping & maintenance: All home sites must be sodded and irrigated, with flower beds and shrubbery completed before occupancy. Weeds must be kept under 8 inches; the developer may mow and lien the lot if not done.
