The Residences at the Grand Lodge (17 Green) is a condominium in McKinney, TX, where each unit owner receives a perpetual Charter Resident Membership to the Tournament Players Club at Craig Ranch golf course. This document is an amended and restated declaration and design guidelines that governs unit interiors, backyards, and common elements.
- Golf membership: Each unit is assigned a full Charter Resident Membership to TPC Craig Ranch in perpetuity; the initiation fee is waived, but membership is subject to application, approval, and payment of monthly dues. The membership transfers automatically to subsequent owners. Owners may also activate social or other TPC memberships.
- Architectural review & backyard guidelines: All exterior changes (landscaping, structures, hardscapes) require ARC approval.
