- Construction rules: Construction hours are limited to 7 a.m.–7 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m.–6 p.m. weekends, with no work on major holidays. Erosion control, site cleanliness, and material storage are regulated, and fines may be levied for non-compliance.
- Home design standards: Homes must meet minimum lot dimensions and square footage, building height is capped at 36 feet, and materials, colors, and roof styles must be approved. Repetition of similar plans, brick, or masonry is restricted to maintain variety.
