Misty Crest is a single-family residential subdivision in Dalworthington Gardens, TX. These Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) apply to all lot owners and are designed to maintain property values and neighborhood appearance. - What you own & maintain: You own your lot and the home on it. You are responsible for maintaining the lot (weeds, trash, fences) and keeping it in a sanitary, attractive condition.
