What Oakhollow's governing documents say
Oakhollow is a condominium community, but these documents are only partial amendments to the governing documents. The first amendment changes proxy voting rules in the Bylaws, and the second amendment modifies how special assessments for improvements are approved. The full set of rules is not included here.
- Proxies & voting: At member meetings, votes may be cast in person or by written proxy filed with the Secretary before the meeting. If a member does not return a proxy, their proxy is automatically vested in the Board of Directors, to be voted by a majority of the Board.
- Special assessments for improvements: The Association may levy a special assessment to cover the cost of construction, reconstruction, repair, or replacement of improvements on the Common Area, including necessary fixtures and personal property. Such assessment requires approval by two-thirds (2/3) of Owners voting at a meeting called for that purpose.
- What this document doesn't cover: These are two narrow amendments; they do not cover other typical condo rules such as pet limits, lease restrictions, age requirements, or other restrictions. For full governing rules, the complete Declaration and Bylaws are needed.
