- Pets: Dogs, cats, and other household pets are allowed but not for commercial purposes, and they must not create a nuisance. No livestock or poultry.
- Party walls: Non-perimeter walls shared between adjoining properties (party walls) are mutual responsibility for maintenance, repair, and upkeep of standard components. Interior surfaces belong to each individual owner.
