- Standby electric generators: Generators must be under 7 kW, powered by natural gas or similar, and fully enclosed. - Swimming pool enclosures: Pool enclosures must be approved in advance, not exceed 6 feet in height, have black metal frames and clear plastic or black mesh panels, and cannot have climbable features. They cannot be installed on common area.
- Covenant enforcement & hearings: If the HOA proposes a fine or enforcement action, the owner can request a hearing within 30 days. The HOA must provide an evidence packet 10 days before the hearing. The owner may present their case, and the Board must notify of the outcome in writing.
