Capitol Hill is a residential subdivision in Frisco, TX (Collin County) governed by a homeowners' association. This document imposes architectural and design rules intended to maintain a consistent neighborhood appearance. It applies to all homeowners within the subdivision.
- Architectural review: All exterior improvements must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee. Roofs must have a minimum 8/12 pitch (except for eyebrows or shed roofs, which require at least 4/12). Roofing must be architectural grade composite shingles or metal in neutral colors. Vinyl siding is prohibited.
