- Lot use and subdivision: Residential lots may not be subdivided into additional lots. No professional, business, commercial, or income-producing activity is allowed on any lot.

- Construction timeline: Any residence must be completed for occupancy no more than 10 months after construction begins.
- Mining and mineral rights: No drilling for oil or minerals, mining, quarrying, or similar operations are allowed on any residential lot.
