What Oak Leaf Trail's governing documents say
This is a 2023 amendment to the 1986 Oak Leaf Trail deed restrictions, recorded in Johnson County, Texas. It applies only to lots 29, 30, 33, 34, and 36-R, deleting several land-use prohibitions for those lots. The original restrictions remain in effect for all other lots and for any restrictions not expressly deleted.
