• Pets & livestock: Domestic pets and livestock are permitted, subject to applicable laws. However, no swine (pigs) are allowed under any circumstances. No more than two head of livestock per acre may be kept on a lot.
• Vehicles & parking: Trucks with a rated capacity exceeding 3/4 ton may not be parked overnight on streets, driveways, or lots. No vehicle that normally transports flammable or explosive cargo may be kept in the subdivision. Recreational vehicles, campers, and boats must not be parked or stored where visible from the street.
• Fences: Originally, fences had to use new materials (except used brick) and could not extend beyond the front corner of the home. This was later amended to simply require compliance with city, county, state, and federal regulations.
• Signs: Only 'For Sale' or 'For Rent' signs, and political signs placed no more than 30 days before or 5 days after an election, are permitted on any lot.
