What Willow Ridge Est Homeowner's governing documents say
This document is an amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCCRs) and Bylaws of Willow Ridge Estates Homeowners Association (an HOA in Flower Mound, TX). It was approved by a 66 2/3% vote of members in 1996 and recorded in 1997. It only amends three specific rules; the full governing documents are not included here.
- Parking & vehicles: Adds a rule: no vehicle owned by a resident may be parked continuously on the street if there is available space in the garage or driveway of the property.
- Meeting location: Changes the annual meeting location for member elections from Dallas to a suitable location within the Town of Flower Mound.
- Association finances: The treasurer's duty is changed from causing an annual audit by a public accountant to causing an annual review and opinion letter by an individual public accountant.
