This is a supplement to the HOA rules for Creekside Townhomes, a townhome community in Lewisville, TX. It adds official pool rules to the community's governing documents. It applies to all homeowners and their tenants/guests who use the pool.
- Pool hours & access: Pool is open from 8 AM to 10 PM. You must be current on your HOA assessments and have an authorized pool card to use the pool.
- Guests & supervision: Guests are limited to four per townhome and must be accompanied by an adult resident. Children under 17 must be with an adult resident at all times.
- Prohibited items & activities: No pets, rough play, running, horseplay, or glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Only proper swimwear (no jeans or cut-offs) is permitted, and only pool furniture provided may be used.
- Reservations & clubhouse: The pool cannot be reserved for private use, but the clubhouse can be reserved separately.
- Pool passes & fees: First-time owners/residents can get a pool pass by contacting the management company. Replacement pool cards cost $50, payable only by check or money order to the HOA.
- Damages & violations: Homeowners are financially responsible for damages to the pool or pool area caused by themselves, family, or guests. Violating pool rules can result in loss of pool privileges.
