What Sierra Ests's governing documents say
This is a partial amendment to the restrictive covenants for Sierra Estates, a single-family subdivision in Burleson, TX (Johnson County). It applies only to Lots 10 and 11, Block 9, allowing the owner to build one main dwelling across both lots.
