• Parking & vehicles: No overnight street parking; violations may result in towing. Boats, RVs, campers, and trailers cannot be stored in driveway/street (loading/unloading only). Vehicles must be operational and have current inspection. Commercial vehicles limited to passenger cars and light-duty trucks (under 1 ton).
• Fines & enforcement: Fines: $50 first, $100 second, $150 third and ongoing until violation resolved. After 5 days' notice, the association may correct violations and bill owner plus administrative fee.
