Tractors and estate equipment must be garaged.
- Pets & animals: Up to 4 horses per lot are permitted. Dogs and cats are allowed in 'reasonable numbers' as pets, not for breeding or sale. Livestock and poultry are otherwise prohibited. Pasturing animals in the setback area is not allowed.
- Fencing & outbuildings: Chain-link fences are prohibited. Fencing for animals must be 4-rail treated wood or 3-inch pipe, stained dark brown. Accessory buildings must match the main dwelling; no galvanized/corrugated metal siding or roofing. Outbuildings cannot be placed in setbacks.
- Dues & assessments: Annual dues are set by the membership and due April 15. New members pay prorated dues within 30 days. Special assessments require 2/3 vote of members present. Members in arrears lose voting rights and eligibility for office.
