Construction must start within 180 days of contract, exterior finished within 180 days of start, and all construction completed within 12 months. - Prohibited uses & activities: No business or commercial activity inviting the public. No oil drilling, mining, or mineral extraction. No dumping of rubbish or junk; trash must be in sanitary containers and out of view except on collection days.
- Signs & satellite dishes: No signs or billboards except temporary developer signs during construction/sales. Satellite dishes appear restricted unless screened or fenced.
- Exterior maintenance: Owners must keep their lot, building, landscaping, and appurtenances in good, safe, clean, and neat condition. Grass and weeds must be mowed. The association may enter, repair, and charge the owner if they fail to maintain.
