This document is a second supplementary amendment to the Villas at the Retreat Timeshare Regime declaration, a timeshare community in Rio Vista, Texas. It changes who qualifies as an "Owner" under the governing rules—only those who own at least one timeshare interest or a platted lot within the larger Retreat development can enjoy Owner rights and benefits.
- Owner eligibility & rights: To be an Owner under the declaration (and thus entitled to use and benefits), you must own either (a) a minimum of one Timeshare Interest in a Unit or (b) a platted lot or lots within The Retreat. Simply owning a unit without a timeshare interest or lot does not grant Owner status.
- What this document doesn't cover: This amendment only redefines 'Owner' and leaves all other terms of the original Declaration unchanged. It does not cover pet rules, leasing restrictions, fees, maintenance obligations, or any other operational rules of the timeshare regime.
