Dogwood Point is a single-family residential HOA community in Smith County, TX. The rules bind all lot owners, their household members, guests, and invitees. The association owns common features (roadways, pier, boathouse) and funds their upkeep through annual dues and special assessments.
- What you can build: Only single-family homes with at least 2,200 sq ft of heated/cooled living area are allowed; manufactured or prefab housing is prohibited. New construction must have association approval, and at least 60% of exterior must be brick, stone, or stucco.
