• Vehicles & Storage: No trailers, campers, boats, or inoperable vehicles may be left on the street or within the front yard. Open exterior storage of goods is prohibited after construction is complete.
• Signs: Only one sign (maximum 5 sq. ft.) advertising the property for sale or rent is allowed, plus builder signs during construction and developer security signs.
• Maintenance & Nuisances: Yards must be kept neat, mowed, and watered. Garbage must be stored in sanitary containers and placed out only on collection day. No rubbish dumping or offensive activities are permitted.
• Term & Amendment: The restrictions run for 30 years from the recording date (August 2015), with automatic 10-year extensions. They can be modified or terminated by a vote of a majority of lot owners within 60 days before any expiration period.
