- Transfer & resale fees: When selling, pay a working capital fee of $300, a resale certificate of $375 ($75 for updates), plus a transfer fee of $275. Rush delivery of the resale certificate costs $350 (1 business day), $250 (3 days), $150 (5 days), or $100 (7 days). A compliance inspection is optional for $150.
- Fine structure for violations: For most violations, you get a 14-day cure notice with no fine if fixed; then an initial fine of at least $50, then $25, $50, $75, escalating $50 every 10 days up to $500 maximum per fine. Incurable violations (e.g., fireworks, safety threats) can be fined up to $500 per occurrence immediately. Fines can be repeated continuously until cured.
- Hearing & enforcement process: You have the right to request a hearing before the board within 30 days of a fine; the hearing packet must be provided 10 days before.
