This is a first amendment to the supplemental declaration for Anthem Country Club - Unit 8B, a phase within the master-planned Anthem community in Anthem, AZ. It adds special assessments for sewer utility maintenance that apply only to Lots 24, 25, and 26 in that unit.
- Special assessments for sewer utilities: The association may levy 'Benefited Assessments' on Lots 24, 25, and 26 to cover maintenance, repair, and replacement of underground pressurized sewer utilities serving those lots. The cost is split equally one-third each, unless damage is caused by an owner's negligence, misuse, or alteration, in which case that owner bears the full cost.
