G Diamond Ranch Preserve is a 10-lot single-family home subdivision in Casa Grande, AZ, governed by a homeowners' association (HOA). All lot owners are automatically HOA members and must follow detailed rules on construction, landscaping, pets, parking, and more. Rentals are prohibited, and owners must occupy their homes as primary residences.
- Residential use & occupancy: Lots may only be used for single-family residential purposes. No temporary structures, mobile homes, or tents allowed as residences. Owners must move in within 6 weeks of the certificate of occupancy and maintain ownership for at least 24 months before selling, or pay a $50,000 early sale fee.
- Construction & architectural approval: All structures (homes, garages, fences, etc.) require prior HOA plan approval.
