• Paint colors & granite: Any change in paint color needs prior approval. Granite must be earth-tone colors; lava rock, white rock, and painted rocks are prohibited. Gutters/downspouts require approval and must match dwelling color.
• Signs & flags: Only a name/address sign up to 9"x30" is allowed. One temporary sign up to 5 sq ft for sale/rent. Flagpoles must be house-mounted (not in ground) and only display U.S. or Arizona flags of reasonable size; remove when flag not displayed.
• Solar panels & satellite dishes: Solar panels must be integrated into roof design, not break ridgeline, and not visible from public view. Satellite dishes (regulated receivers) have a preferred location hierarchy starting with back yard screening; unregulated receivers require written committee approval.
