The Association maintains the common areas and enforces the governing documents, including rules on vehicles, pets, leasing, and improvements.
- What you own & maintain: You own a lot sold as a site for a Recreational Vehicle (RV). You are responsible for maintaining your lot and any improvements, subject to Association approval. The Association maintains the Common Area, including roads, utilities, and recreational facilities.

- Pets & animals: No animals, birds, or livestock without prior Board approval. The Board may prohibit pets entirely or restrict kind/number. No commercial breeding. Animal structures must not be visible from neighboring property.
- Architectural review: Any improvements, alterations, landscaping, fences, walls, or changes to exterior appearance require prior written Board approval. The Board may deny plans for aesthetic or suitability reasons. No antenna or utility lines above ground without approval.
