- Window coverings: No window may be covered with aluminum foil, sheets, or other non-designed material. Exterior window screens that are opaque black or designed to inhibit sunlight are prohibited. Within 90 days of ownership, all windows visible from neighboring property must have permanent drapes, curtains, shutters, or blinds. The side facing the window must be white, beige, off-white, or natural wood (for shutters), unless architectural committee approves otherwise.
