The association is run by the unit owners, and each unit has one vote. This declaration sets the rules for use, maintenance, and governance.
- Use restrictions: Units must be used as a single-family residence. No business or trade is allowed, but you can keep a personal office. Exterior changes, solar panels, and satellite dishes need prior approval from the Architectural Committee.
