• Flagpoles & flags: Permitted flags: US, Arizona State, military branches, POW-MIA, Arizona Indian Nation. Max 2 flags at a time. Flagpole height ≤ highest point of roofline or distance to sidewalk/common area/neighbor property line. American flag only sunrise to sunset unless properly illuminated (illumination requires approval).
