This document is a First Amendment that updates two sections: the Architectural Control Committee's membership and election process, and rules for antennas and satellite dishes. - Architectural Control Committee: The committee initially has one developer representative and two appointed members. When 23+ lots sold, owners may elect an additional member. When 31 lots sold, appointed members are removed and two elected. When all lots sold, developer rep resigns, committee expands to five, and elections occur every three years.
