- Use restrictions: Lots may only be used for single-family residences. No businesses, hotels, or commercial activities are allowed. All homes must be new construction with a minimum of 1,800 square feet of livable area and a two-car garage.
- Leasing & rentals: Leases must be in writing, for the entire lot, for a minimum of 30 days. Transient or hotel use is prohibited. A copy of any lease must be provided to the association before the term begins.
