- Property maintenance: Each owner must maintain their lot from the curb line to the rear lot line, keeping it free of weeds, underbrush, refuse, or unsightly objects. The association may enter to remove offending items at the owner's expense.
- Party walls: Walls built on the dividing line between residences are party walls. Owners share responsibility for repair, with costs split equally unless damage is caused by one owner. Modifications require written consent of the adjoining owner; disputes go to arbitration.
